2. Временная ситуация в текущий период: She is studying English this month.

3. Планы на будущее, если есть договоренность: She is visiting her parents at the weekend.

Важно

Некоторые глаголы обычно не используются в Present Continuous. Такие глаголы называются stative verbs.

Обычно просто добавляем -ing: read → reading, play → playing.
Если глагол заканчивается на -e, убираем -e и добавляем -ing: make → making.
В коротких словах иногда удваиваем последнюю согласную букву: run → running, sit → sitting.
